• Analytics and reporting capabilities
• Payment processing integration
• Customer support services

User Responsibilities

As a user of our platform, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Use the service in compliance with applicable laws
• Not interfere with or disrupt the service
• Respect the intellectual property rights of Leafbooking
• Honor confirmed reservations and cancellation policies

Payment Terms

Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law. We reserve the right to change our pricing with 30 days' notice. Failure to pay fees may result in service suspension or termination.

Cancellation and Refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for new subscribers. Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days.

Limitation of Liability

Leafbooking shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the service.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service will cease immediately.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
